These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://vailtreo.com and purchases from Vailtreo, operated by Quanzhou Guru Shoes Co., Ltd.（泉州古如鞋业有限公司） (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Business days means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, and cancel orders when necessary (including pricing mistakes, payment failure, or stock issues). If we cancel a paid order, we will refund amounts paid for canceled items.

5. Shipping
Shipping is limited to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You must contact us and receive authorization before shipping any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
