Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Order Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

The daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time). Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by severe weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated and collected during checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state tax regulations.

Order Changes & Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@vailtreo.com.

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

Refund Requests After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped and you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Vailtreo is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
