Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
- Be free from damage caused after delivery.
Returns for Customer Preference
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong product, or no longer need the item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Vailtreo does not charge any restocking fees.
Returns Due to Product Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item.
- A full refund.
- A prepaid return shipping label when a return is required.
For verified product-related issues, Vailtreo will cover all applicable return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
There are no exchange processing fees and no restocking fees.
If the exchange is requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the exchange is required because of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Vailtreo will cover all applicable shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, certain returned items may not qualify for a refund if they have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging or essential components.
Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements described in this policy will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer using the return shipping information provided.
How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization and return instructions.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- The reason for the return or exchange.
- Photos of the item if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the inspection result by email.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your account statement.
Order Cancellation
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
